Apologies for the delay but the flyer for the weekend of action and mass trespass in October is now available to download from the Stop New Nuclear website. You can find it under the 'What's New' section at the bottom of the home page.

It's crunch time

The government it about to sell our future to the nuclear energy sector and we all have to act before it’s too late.

The Stop New Nuclear Alliance is organising three days of non-violent direct action between Friday 5th to Tuesday 9th October. This includes:

Saturday 6th: a double die-in and day of action at Hinkley Point nuclear power station and the nearby town of Bridgwater
Monday 8th: a mass trespass at Hinkley Point

It is essential that you join us and make our collective voice heard.

Show the Government and the nuclear industry that we don’t want more waste, more risk and more lies in our communities. We can create all the energy we need from sustainable and safe renewable resources.

Hello everyone,
Just a quick run down of coming events and an update on whats happening at the nuclear sites.

First the good news:
Plans for a third nuclear power station at Heysham in Lancashire have been put on ice. French company EDF Energy has cancelled an agreement with the National Grid to set up any new connection to the grid from Heysham.
